Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 October 2026

THE LAST CLICK L.P., Greece, is responsible for Family Rush, the app previously published as DADLINE: Family Rush. Family Rush keeps your game on your device and uses Unity Gaming Services to sign the game in anonymously and to receive game settings. This policy explains the data involved and your choices. The last section covers earlier DADLINE versions of the app.

No sign-up, an anonymous game account

You play without registering, signing in or giving us your name or email. When the device is online, the game signs in to Unity Authentication (Unity Gaming Services, by Unity Technologies) with an anonymous player account. Unity creates a random player identifier and an installation identifier for it and keeps the session on your device. We use this account only so the game can receive its settings securely.

Game settings from our server

At start the game asks Unity Remote Config for its current settings, such as the studio line-up, balance values and which studios are open. The request carries the anonymous player identifier and the technical details any connection carries, such as IP address, app version and device platform. We do not send personal information with it.

Your progress stays on your device

The family you pick, your coins, VIEWERS, unlocked studios, settings and a log of your matches are stored on your device only. They are not uploaded to us, so deleting the app deletes them, and we cannot restore them. Nothing you do in Family Rush is shown to other players.

Ads and purchases

The current Family Rush app shows no ads and asks for no tracking permission. It contains no analytics service of its own.

Where the app offers optional in-app purchases, Apple handles the payment. We never receive your card number or billing details; we receive only what Apple provides to deliver and verify the item, such as product and transaction identifiers. If we add ads or analytics to Family Rush, we will update this policy, and ask for consent where the law requires it, before they go live.

Device permissions

The game does not request access to your contacts, location, microphone, camera, photos or health data.

Your choices and deletion

Deleting the app removes everything stored on your device. To have the anonymous Unity player account deleted as well, or for any access, correction or deletion request, email hello@thelastclick.ai. Tell us roughly when you played; we may need a few details to find the account. Never send a password or payment-card details.

Service providers

Unity Technologies provides authentication and remote configuration for Family Rush and processes the data described above as our service provider. Apple provides the App Store, TestFlight and in-app payments under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers. Our providers operate internationally and may process data outside the EU under their applicable data-protection arrangements.

Retention and your rights

The anonymous player account is kept while it is in use and deleted on request. Provider logs and backups follow the provider's own retention periods.

Where the GDPR applies, we process this data to provide the game you asked for (performance of a contract) and for the security of the service (legitimate interests). You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. We respond within the time the law requires, normally one month. You may complain to your local supervisory authority, including the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

Children

Family Rush is a family-themed game and is not directed at children under 13. It asks for no personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will remove it.

Website and support

If you email us for a TestFlight invite, or joined the earlier TestFlight list on this website, we keep your email address, and when you asked, to send you the invite you asked for. This is separate from the game. You can ask us to remove it at any time. Support emails contain what you choose to send and are used to answer you. Website hosting providers process network information needed to deliver and secure the site.

Earlier DADLINE versions (1.0 to 1.0.1)

Before Family Rush, this app was DADLINE: Family Rush, a runner game. If you still use one of those versions, the following applies to it.

Account and progress

When online, the app creates an anonymous account with a game-specific identifier and keeps its session credentials in the iPhone keychain. We store gameplay data including the names you give Dad and family members, selected characters, moods, errands, badges, inventory, run results and progression. Our backend stores supported cloud-save fields, coin balances and transactions, and run-validation records such as scores, duration, checkpoints and app build.

Sign in with Apple is optional. If you use it, Apple provides an app-specific account identifier and may provide your email address, including a private relay address if you choose Hide My Email. We do not receive your Apple password or payment credentials.

Leaderboards, reports and blocks

Leaderboard entries can display Dad's name, your device's country/region setting, rank, score, delivery count and an aggregate family-mood score. Your email, account credentials and family members' names are not shown. The country comes from the device's region setting, not GPS. Cloudflare helps deliver leaderboard results.

We check public names for inappropriate content. If you report a player, we store your account identifier, the reported player's identifier and public name, the reason and the time and outcome of the report. If you block a player, we store that relationship so they stay hidden from your leaderboards; you can unblock them in Player Safety → Blocked Players.

Purchases and rewarded ads

Apple handles payment for the optional coin pack. We process the Apple transaction and product identifiers, purchase time, status, verification information and the associated game account, to credit coins, prevent duplicate credits and handle refunds.

Rewarded ads are optional and served by Google AdMob, which may process device or app identifiers, IP address and approximate location inferred from it, ad interactions, crash and performance information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and consent management. The app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission or the IDFA. We do not pass your family names, progress, purchases or Apple email to AdMob. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, open Dad's profile → Settings → Ad Privacy Options to review your choices. See Google's information about data use.

Providers

Those versions use Supabase (database hosted in Ireland) for accounts, saved progress and purchase verification, Cloudflare for service delivery, Apple for sign-in and purchases, and Google and its partners for ads and consent.

Deletion

Open Home → Dad's portrait → Settings, scroll to Your Data, choose Delete My Data and confirm, with an internet connection. This removes the account and its cloud profile, coin ledger, purchase-verification records, runs, leaderboard entries and report and block records, clears the app's local profile, and attempts to revoke a Sign in with Apple authorization. You can also email hello@thelastclick.ai. Records are kept until deleted this way; security events may remain without the player identifier, and provider backups follow the provider's retention period.

Changes and contact

We update the date above when this policy changes and give additional notice or ask for consent when a change requires it.
